Q: I had my Rose Rewards key tag scanned at a Rose live event but I didn’t see the points on my account. Why?
A: The scanners need to be connected to a computer and uploaded manually to your account. This process may take up to 2 weeks, but usually sooner. If you are still missing points after a 2 week time period, please click CONTACT US on the home page of www.myroserewards.com.

 

Q: I lost my Rose Rewards key tag or I never received one. Who can I contact?
A: To receive a key tag, please go to www.myroserewards.com and click CONTACT US to have a new one sent to you.

 

Q: I am a Rose Rewards member and sometimes there are not any good prizes in the point store. What is up with that?
A: We are constantly adding new prizes to the point store. We work hard to replenish the selection. With thousands of members in the program and a limited number of movie passes, concert tickets, etc. the prizes may be claimed very quickly. Our best advice is for you to keep checking the store on a regular basis.

 

Q: What are your office hours?

A: We try to customize an advertising package to fit your needs and your budget. You can contact one of our Account Executives to discuss ways that we can help market your business successfully. Q: I keep trying to call The Rose studio line but it is either busy or nobody answers. Why is that?
A: If it is busy chances are we are in the middle of a contest. We have 3 studio lines and during contesting many people are calling at once. Keep trying! If nobody answers we might be on the air at the moment or have stepped out of the studio. DJs are people too so we are probably either grabbing a snack or using the restroom.

 

Q: How do you determine the music you play on the radio station?
A: We heavily research the most popular contemporary songs from the 80’s, 90’s and Today. We use research compiled by top experts in the field and we also rely heavily on feedback from our weekly Rose Music Survey, our quarterly Rose Listener Panel meetings and email/phone requests.

 

Q: What is your format?
A: We are considered an Adult Contemporary radio station but we actually transcend any label. We consider ourselves a “Bright AC” station, playing an Upbeat Variety of the 80’s, 90’s & Today.
